1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with VAZE (“we,” “our,” or “us”) or accessing any of our services — including but not limited to content creation, marketing strategy, social media management, and podcast production — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services

To ensure a seamless and professional client experience, we require all clients and users to adhere to the following:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to engage VAZE’s services.

• Professional Conduct: You agree to provide accurate information, clear communication, and respect for project timelines.

• Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services to:

  • Engage in unlawful, defamatory, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to VAZE’s internal systems or client data.

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our creative materials without consent.

3. Client Content & Deliverables

To ensure clarity and protection of both parties:

• Ownership:
  You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and materials you provide to VAZE. Upon full payment, all final deliverables (e.g., edited videos, strategy documents, ad creatives) become your property, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

• License to Use:
  By providing content, you grant VAZE permission to use, modify, and adapt such materials solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services.

• Portfolio Rights:
  VAZE reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio, social media, and case studies unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Terms:
  Project fees must be paid according to the agreed contract or invoice. Services may be paused if payments are delayed.

• Refunds:
  Due to the nature of creative and digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Exceptions may apply at VAZE’s discretion.

• Additional Costs:
  Any third-party expenses (e.g., paid ads, plugins, travel, studio bookings) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• All creative concepts, strategies, and assets produced by VAZE remain the property of VAZE until full payment is received.

• Clients may not claim ownership or reuse raw project files without prior written approval.

• Unauthorized replication or redistribution of VAZE’s methodologies, materials, or frameworks is prohibited.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
Upon termination:

• All completed work up to that date will be invoiced.

• Unpaid dues must be settled immediately.

• Any pending deliverables may be withheld until payment completion.

7. Disclaimers

VAZE operates on a best-effort basis to deliver impactful results. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, or views), as results depend on multiple market factors.

• All strategies and recommendations are provided for business optimization purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAZE and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

VAZE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh / United Arab Emirates (depending on client jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles.
